Front-end condom packaging machine 1200 sachets per minute.

There are two ways of packing, 3 sachets in a box and 5 sachets in a box.

The customer requires that the capacity of the cartoning machine should not be less than 240 boxes per minute.

An instruction manual with the same size as the condom bag needs to be placed in the box,

Therefore, we plan to select GDC-320 for our guests and use 6 feeders.Five of them are used for condom feeding and one is used for instruction feeding.

The packing mode of 1-5 sachet can be set in the PLC.

After 60 days of production and adjustment, the equipment has met the factory requirements.After the final test run in the video, it can be packed and sent out.

Coincidentally, yesterday we received the exact same request from an Indian customer.

It is currently being followed up.
