Exported To Colombia GDT-60 Tube Filling And Sealing Machine

Just wrapped up production for another GDT-60 tube filling and sealing machine for our client (distributor) in Colombia. Looking back, cooperation has been very smooth since signing with this new distributor in March. In about half a year, this marks their 11th order, bringing the cumulative number of units to 18, covering various types of pharmaceutical and packaging machinery.

This growth trajectory is the most direct reflection of the client's recognition of our products and services. From this latest order, the client's requirements were very specific and clear: for instance, the three-phase 220V/60Hz power supply for the Colombian market, specific tube dimensions (20.7*95mm) and 15g filling volume, vertical stripe sealing, along with requirements for 304 stainless steel for the whole machine and 316 for product contact parts. These details necessitated meticulous attention and strict quality control throughout our production process, ensuring every machine leaving the factory fully complies with the client's technical standards.

Beyond product quality, we strive for efficiency and precision in service responsiveness. The client explicitly required 3Q and FAT documents in the order, which our technical documentation team prepared in advance to ensure smooth coordination with the client's Factory Acceptance Test. For the configuration needs raised by the client, such as the double-layer hopper with steam-heated agitation, matching chiller, and specific embossing type, we have also meticulously verified and confirmed each item with the supply chain and technical departments to ensure everything is in order.

The distributor's repeated orders in such a short time indicate that the equipment we delivered previously has proven its reliable performance in their local market. Moving forward, it is advisable to proactively follow up on the equipment's installation, commissioning, and initial operation, seeking on-site feedback from the distributor. This will help us continuously improve our service and further solidify this efficient and mutually trusting partnership.
