What is automatic vertical thermoforming filling sealing machine?

Vertical thermoforming filling and sealing machine is to produce unit-dose/single serve package with thermoformable plastic material for liquid and semi-dense liquid.

How does a thermoforming filling sealing machine work?

Thermoforming filling sealing machine is to heat the thermoformable plastic such as PET/PE, PET/EVOH/PE, PS/PE, PS/EVOH/PE, PVC/PE, PVC/PVDC/PE etc and blow the heated ans soften plastic in the forming mould to obtain the required bottle shape and size, fill the liquid and semi-liquid from the auto pump and then seal , punch to get the final required single serve package.

Structure of Automatic vertical thermoform fill & seal machine

The working stations of automatic vertical thermoforming filling & sealing machine is as following:

1- Forming station, it is the forming mould to heat and soften the plastic sheet such as PET/PE, PET/EVOH/PE, PS/PE, PS/EVOH/PE, PVC/PE, PVC/PVDC/PE etc by positive pressing and blowing to form the bottle/ vial/ ampoule/tube as per the required shape and size

2- Filling station, it is to fill the liquid or semi-liquid into the formed capsule shape bottle on the according automatic feeder. For example, peristaltic pump for water like liquid with good flow-ability, piston pump or rotary valve pump for high viscosity liquid such as cream, jam etc.

3- Sealing station, it is to seal the bottle/vial/ ampoule after it is filled.

4- Batch Number embossing, it is to emboss the expiry date, manufacturing date etc by stainless steel letters.

5- Punching station, it is to punch and cut the filled and sealed single served bottle for us to get the completely product either in strips or one by one.

6- Discharging, after punching station, we can collect the finial produced bottle/ vial/ ampoule/tube or connect the thermoform filling and sealing machine with the next other machines, such as labeling machine or cartoning machine.
