How to pack two different products in one cartoning machine?


As you can see at the beginning of the video, there are two different product loading mechanisms.

The one on the left is the blister plate handling and loading mechanism, and the one in the front is the glass bottle handling mechanism.

When we need to pack the blister, disconnect the bottle sorting and pushing mechanism, and use the blister unloading mechanism to operate.

When we need to pack the bottle, disconnect the blister feeding mechanism and make the bottle sorting and pushing mechanism operate.

There is a peculiarity in this case: the packaged product is the same size, and the box is the same size.



When the size of the product is different and the box is different, it needs to be adjusted differently.
