Equipment Technical Description
1) Process Flow Bottle supply → Online label printing → Online inspection of printed image → Labeling → Online inspection of missing labels → Rejection of defective products → Finished product
2)Features 1) This equipment is designed for labeling flat surfaces. 2) A special flip mechanism can be designed to flip the product 180°, preparing it for subsequent labeling.
3) The main labeling head system is divided into label supply, immediate printing, label pull-out, and backing paper recovery. Separate buffer mechanisms are designed for both the label supply and immediate printing stages to ensure fast and stable label supply, and guarantee speed and accuracy in labeling.
4) A specially designed mold is installed on the labeling conveyor line to facilitate product alignment and positioning, improving labeling accuracy.
5) A CCD imaging inspection system is equipped to detect missing labels and printed content on products, and reject defective products.
6) The touch-screen human-machine interface displays any anomalies and provides troubleshooting guidance. Operation is simple, allowing anyone to quickly use the machine. It has 50 memory settings (for parameters such as bottle diameter and label length), allowing for direct recall when switching to different product specifications without resetting, significantly improving work efficiency.
7) Multiple emergency stop buttons can be installed at appropriate locations on the production line to ensure safe operation and smooth production.
8) The label peeling distance is automatically calculated by the servo motor, label detection photoelectric sensor, and PLC. No adjustment of the label detection photoelectric sensor is required, and any label length can be easily adjusted on the human-machine interface, making it easy to use.
10) If there is no label, broken label or missing label, the machine will alarm and stop automatically. No bottle will be labeled.
