GD-80 Effervescent Tablet Tube Filling Capping Machine

Brief Introduction: The GD-80A Tablet Bottling Machine for bobbin bottles is applicable to the packing of bigger and thinner tablets which are orderly fed into bobbin bottles in a single row in an overlapping way. The device utterly adopts a PLC for centralized control. It is verified in fiber and photoelectric detection and other kinds of detection to have steady performance and reliably automatic operation. It can automatically give alarms and shut down in case of no tablets, bottles or cap. Its part in contact with the tablets is made of superior 316 stainless steel.which can fully requirement of GMP.

Composition and Function:

1、Cap Vibrating System: Loading cap to hopper by manual, automatically arranging cap to rack for plugging by vibrating .

2、Tablet feeding system: Put tablet into tablet hopper by manual, the tablet will be sent into the tablet position automatically.

3、Feed tablet into bottles unit: Once detect there is bottle, the tablet feeding cylinder will push the tablets into bottle.

4、Tube feeding unit: Put bottle into hopper by manual, the bottle will be lined into tablet filling position by bottles unscrambling and tube feeding.

5、Cap Pushing unit: When bottles get tablet, cap pushing system will push cap and close bottle automatically.

6、Lack of tablet rejection unit：Once the tablets in bottle is lack of 1 or more, the bottle will be rejected automatically. No tablet no capping, no bottle no capping.

7、Electronic Control Section: This machine is controlled by PLC,cylinder and stepper motor. with automatic multi-function alarm system.

Main materials: 1、The machine plate and frame are adopts of steel and enamel paint, the platform cover is 304, the other uses aluminum alloy sandblasting, 304 stainless steel, and all the material touch with tablet will adopt sus316L。

Operation process：

Manually pour the tablet into the hopper - Tablets enter the screening tablet section - Automatically arrange tablet into orbit - Automatically enter the loading position.

Manually put the bottle into the bottle hopper- Automatic bottle feeding to filling position.

The cap is manually placed inside the oscillator plate - Auto-tidy cap-Entering the gland position.

The machine automatically completes the filling tablet into the bottle, and output.
