GDG-50 Automatic Cream Filling and Capping Machine
This machine is widely used in cosmetics, light industry (household chemicals), pharmaceuticals, food and other industries, for the enterprise products selected plastic bottles, glass bottles for the packaging container, the product to be filled can be cream, ointment, cream, gel or viscosity fluid .The equipment is divided into bottle feeding, automatic lifting and filling, automatic pre-screw capping, servo screw capping, bottle discharging.
Bottle feedingmethod: Manully put the round bottles onto the turn tablet and rotate to the machine conveyor.
Bottle detection: photoelectric sensor to detect the work of the main turntable on the existence of empty bottles.Transfer the inspection singal into the control system to control the filling at the presence of bottle and no bottle no filling,.
Filling function: No bottle no filing, if there is a bottle detected, the filing mouth will insert into the bottle for filling
Cap feeding: Automatic cap feeding by vibrating feeder or lifting feeder , if the bottle is detected, the
machine will fetch the cap and realize the pre-screwing capping in a stable performance.
Servo screw capping: Detection of the cap, adopting the servo motor to control the torque and speed, to ensure the cap is tightly capped.
Bottle discharging: the final capped finished bottle to be discharged and can be moved to the next step.
The basic parameters of the equipment are as follows:
Filling: 20-100 ml(can be customized)
Speed : 30-40 bottles / min
Filling accuracy: ≥99%
Top cover yield: ≥99%
Screw cap yield: ≥ 99%
Host power: 2KW 220V single phase
