Automatic box opening mechanism

1.1. Application

1) The whole box opening process should be stable and protected by reliable positioning and protection measures. No damage should be caused to boxes. The box opening speed can reach 1-10 boxes/min.

2) The opened box should be flat and neat. The box opening pass rate is no lower than 99.9%.

3) The touch screen of this machine can be used to debug the machine and control the production. It can also display the output counting, running speed and alarms. Besides, it has protection functions of automatic shutdown in case of alarm, error or emergency stop.

4) Hand wheel can be used for convenient and accurate box specification adjustment.

Automatic Box Sealing Machine

3.1. Application

This machine can automatically fold the top flaps of the boxes and seal them with adhesive tape.

3.2. Technical requirements

1) The whole sealing process should be finished stably with enough positioning and protection measures and cause no damage to the boxes with the sealing speed no lower than 15 boxes/min.

2) The sealed boxes should be flat and tidy. The box sealing pass rate can reach 100%.

3) The touch screen of this machine enables the machine to be debugged and controlled standalone and to have the functions of displaying output counting, running speed and alarms. Besides, the machine can have the optional functions of shutdown in case of alarming, error and emergency stop.

4) The machine can be adjusted conveniently through the hand wheel for its adaptation to box specification change.
