The customer initially wanted to find a semi-automatic packaging machine to improve the packaging efficiency of their pharmaceutical factory.

At the time, their packaging operators could only fill boxes one bottle at a time, and each box required 10 bottles. Even the most skilled worker needed 30 seconds to complete one box, which was very inefficient.

In their impression, using fully automatic European equipment to meet such packaging requirements would cost at least $150,000 per unit.

After seeing similar case videos on our official website, the customer cautiously sent an inquiry to our team.

After understanding their detailed requirements, we designed this machine tailored to their needs and budget—a Top-Loading, Robotic Arm Feeding, Rotary Fully Automatic Multi-Bottle Cartoning Machine.

The packaging speed reaches 50 boxes per minute, meaning 500 bottles can be packed every minute. This fully meets the customer’s front-end filling line capacity of 200–300 bottles per minute, with an additional 200-bottle potential for future production line upgrades.
