How Does The Ampoule Packaging Line Work?

This is an automated ampoule packaging line. This is how ampoules are packaged in most pharmaceutical factories.

Firstly, the glass or plastic ampoule is transferred to the loading table of the blister packaging machine through the automatic or manual handling platform,

and then the corresponding ampoule will be loaded into the molded blisters by the manipulator.

Then it will be transferred to the automatic loading station of the cartoning machine by the conveyor belt to complete the cartoning according to the packaging requirements.

The whole production line can also be added with labeling, coding, case packer and stacking equipments.
