How To Change The Mold of FFS Machine(Plastic ampoule forming filling sealing machine)

Step 1：Preparations before mold removal

Step 2: Remove the mold

Step 3: Install the forming mold

Step 4: Install the heat sealing mold and the scrap cutter

Step 5: Install the Punching mold and roll film

5 seconds：Turn off the filling needle clamp lifting cylinder switch

16 seconds：Lower the holder to the lowest position and insert the filling head in order

45 seconds：Adjust the height of the filling needle to insert into the bottle mouth for 5mm, and lock the screw.

1 minute 12 seconds：Locking bracket screw

1 minute27 seconds：Manually test whether the lifting of the cylinder is smooth and free of blockage

1 minute 33 seconds：After completion, open the air pipe switch of the filling cylinder, otherwise the lifting cylinder will not reset, and the film will be pulled during operation, resulting in dislocation.
