II. Multi-Sachet Cartoning Machine – Key Technical Specifications

1. Sachet Capacity: 5/10/15 sachets per box.

2. Box Dimensions:

• 15 sachets: 110×140×65 mm

• 10 sachets: 110×130×62 mm

• 5 sachets: 110×60×65 mm

3. Leaflet Insertion: Pre-folded leaflet (125×55 mm) clamped with sachets during loading.

4. Loading Process:

• Sachets are counted at the feeding station.

• Upon reaching the set quantity, a pusher transfers them into carton compartments.

• Machine performs box suction, opening, and product insertion.

5. Safety/Alerts:

• Stops when boxes are depleted; resumes manually after reloading (not auto-restart).

6. Access Control: 3-tier password system.

7. Production Control: Stops after reaching preset output volume.
