What is easy snap machine?

Easy snap is a new packaging machine that folds in the middle and can open products with one hand extrusion.the machine is to produce unit-dose/single serve package with thermoformable plastic material for liquid and semi-dense liquid.

How does easy snap machine work?

Easy snap machine is to heat the thermoformable plastic film such as PET/PE, PET/EVOH/PE, PS/PE, PS/EVOH/PE, PVC/PE, PVC/PVDC/PE etc and blow the heated and soften plastic in the forming mould to obtain the required card sachet shape and size, fill the liquid and semi-liquid from the auto pump and then seal , punch to get the final required single serve package.

1) PLC control and stepless frequency control of speed.

4) Peristaltic pump or piston pump for filling volume control with high accuracy and function of anti-leakage.
