RH-80 Softgel Encapsulation Machine: Compact, Efficient, and Multi-Functional

The RH-80 is an economical, multi-functional, and highly efficient integrated production line designed for small-scale output, suitable for producing a wide variety of softgel capsules.
Although compact in size, this machine includes almost all essential components required for softgel preparation.
The entire production line is designed with a small footprint, making it ideal for small businesses entering the industry or for use in laboratory settings within larger pharmaceutical companies.

Key configurations of the equipment include:

• A softgel host machine with a production capacity of 1,000–8,000 pellets per hour (based on 500mg oval-shaped capsules);

• A PLC-based automatic control system for user-friendly operation and reliable performance;

• One tumbling dryer section for initial drying and shaping of the capsules;

• One 40L gelatin melting tank constructed from 304 stainless steel;

• One colloid mill for refining material fineness;

• One standard set of 20# OBLONG cylindrical softgel molds, plus three custom OVAL-shaped mold sets (3 OVAL / 5 OVAL / 10 OVAL).

  
  

Additional auxiliary equipment includes a chiller, an air compressor, a conveyor, and 10 capsule drying trays.

The machine operates on a 220V single-phase 50Hz power supply, meeting local electrical standards in Morocco.

Furthermore, the system is supplied with an extensive set of spare parts and tools—including heating rods, O-rings, quick-connect couplings, various wrenches, and measuring instruments—to ensure convenient maintenance and long-term usability.
