Last year, this client purchased a glycerin Vial filling, capping, and labeling line from us. Over the past year, the line has operated stably and efficiently, fully meeting their production needs and earning their trust.
Based on this positive experience and growing production demands, the client decided to further optimize their line this year. They not only added a bottle unscrambler to the existing filling line but also invested in a High-speed cartoning machine to automatically load bottles into cartons, seamlessly integrating with their current setup. The cartoner is designed to handle different bottle sizes (32×32×90mm and 35×35×95mm) at a speed of 80 bottles per minute, accommodating future production expansion.

It is worth noting that their original bottle filling line runs consistently at 30–40 bottles per minute. Due to its reliable performance, the client already plans to purchase an additional filling and capping line next year to further increase capacity.
