This is a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) video of a cartoning machine before shipment.
The main video first tests the cartoning of small black refill bottles, with a packaging format of one bottle per box, at a production speed of 60 boxes per minute.
The cartoning machine uses a bottle sorting disc to transport the small black bottles to the hopper station via a conveyor belt. The bottles are then tilted and fed into the pushing chute through the controlled opening and closing of a cylinder. Once the chute detects the presence of a bottle, the instruction sheet folding machine starts working and synchronously delivers the instruction sheet into the chute.
After the carton is unfolded and positioned, a pushing head inserts both the bottle and the instruction sheet into the carton. The carton is then sealed through a tucking and insertion mechanism. The packaged cartons are conveyed via a belt to the collection station, where they can be further organized or packed into cases.
The video fully demonstrates the entire process of bottle cartoning. The equipment operates smoothly and meets the factory acceptance requirements.

If the size of the two bottles is similar, no adjustment is required.
