It is a high-tech machine of light, electricity, gas and machinery. Therefore, the machine performance and operation efficiency can be improved to meet requirements of quick packing and to keep stable and reliable during high-speed operation.
It is compact in size, which can be used individually or connected to the blister packing machine or cellophane wrapping machine( or shrink packing machine).
The stable production speed is around 50-80 boxes per min.
Application
This automatic bottle cartoner is designed to box pack the Food/medicine/cosmetic with bottle, spray or tube. It is especially suitable for the small box sizes. The bottle quantity can be adjusted on the touch screen , also the box sizes can be changed in a certain scope.
The working process is as following
bottle auto feeding--leaflet folding and feeding-automatic box sucking and opening--bottle and leaflet pushing into the box-- batch No embossing if needed(or ink jet printing as optional) --box tuck in closing or glue sealing--final product output.
