Project Background

The customer, located in Russia, aimed to establish a high-efficiency, automated liquid filling and packaging production line for pesticide products. The line needed to meet the filling, conveying, and packaging requirements of bottles in different specifications while ensuring high output and stability.

Solution

We provided the customer with a complete liquid filling and packaging production line solution, including the following core equipment:

1. Liquid Filling Machine

• Model: GDS-118P5

• Power Supply: 3-phase, 380V 50Hz

• Configuration: Equipped with a 5-head peristaltic pump for high-precision pesticide filling.

• Molds: Included a 1.5ml mold (bottle size: 25×85×10mm) as standard, with additional 4ml (25×85×20mm) and 12ml (25×115×18mm) molds, all designed for single-piece output.

• Output: 100 pieces/minute.

• Connectivity: Seamlessly integrated with downstream vibratory feeders and pillow packing machines, with the bottle exit direction at the front and a conveyor belt interface.

2. Vibratory Feeders

• Quantity: 2 units

• Diameter: 600mm

• Power Supply: Single-phase, 220V 50Hz

• Function: Compatible with 1.5ml, 4ml, and 12ml bottles without the need for part replacement; only adjustment required.

• Output: Minimum speed of 50 pieces/minute per unit.

• Discharge Direction: One clockwise and one counterclockwise for efficient conveying.

3. Pillow Packing Machines

• 1.5ml bottle: 135×90mm

• 4ml bottle: 135×90mm

• 12ml bottle: To be determined (adjustable).

• Model: GJY-400D

• Quantity: 2 units

• Power Supply: 3-phase, 380V 50Hz

• Function: Single-bag packaging design, equipped with euro hole cutters and reciprocating cutter holders for bags of different sizes.

• Bag Sizes:

• Material: PET12/BOPP20/LDPE40 composite film, width 200mm.

• Output: Minimum speed of 50 bags/minute per unit.

4. Auxiliary Equipment

• Chiller: CA-01, single-phase 220V 50Hz, for equipment cooling.

• Composite Film: PVC/PE/EVOH/PE material, 0.3mm thickness, transparent, quantity 1000KG.

Project Highlights

• High Efficiency: The filling machine achieves an output of 100 pieces/minute, while the vibratory feeders and packing machines meet high production demands, ensuring overall line efficiency.

• Flexible Adaptation: The vibratory feeders and packing machines can handle three bottle specifications without frequent part changes, minimizing downtime.

• Automated Connectivity: Seamless integration between devices enables a fully automated process from filling to packaging, enhancing production stability.

• Strict Quality Control: 500 liquid-filled samples are provided for each mold during testing to ensure stable operation and packaging quality.
