We have recently customized and delivered a complete GD-130 Softgel Production Line to a client in Ecuador. The order was placed on November 4, 2025. Leveraging nearly two decades of deep expertise in capsule manufacturing equipment and our efficient collaborative capabilities, our project team completed the entire process—from manufacturing and debugging to packing and shipping—within a tight 40-day schedule. The line was delivered as scheduled on December 15, 2025, once again demonstrating our professional ability to respond swiftly to the needs of clients worldwide.
The delivered line is a complete softgel production system covering preprocessing, forming, drying, and auxiliary stages. Its core design and configuration fully reflect our focus on suitability and reliability:
Core Machine and Control System
The GD-130 Rotary Die Softgel Machine serves as the core forming equipment, known for its stable operation and high forming precision.
The entire line integrates PLC-based automation control with a customized touch-screen HMI , offering intuitive operation and easy management of process parameters and production data.
Integrated Processing Units
Gel Mass Preparation: Includes a 150L gelatin melting tank to ensure complete hydration and consistent properties of the gelatin mass.
Content Processing: Comprises a 150L dosing tank and a colloid mill, enabling precise batching and ultra-fine homogenization of oil-based or suspension fill materials.
Forming and Setting: After formation by the main machine, the softgels are conveyed to a 2-section rotary dryer for initial setting.
Drying System: Equipped with 10 drying trolleys (holding a total of 200 drying trays) to meet the requirements of the gradient drying process, ensuring final product moisture compliance and shape stability.
Key Customization Highlights
Flexible Multi-Tooling Production: The line is standard equipped with 3 sets of molds for different softgel shapes. This allows the client to easily switch between products, enabling multiple shapes from a single machine, which significantly improves equipment utilization and market adaptability. (FAT videos for each mold set are available, clearly demonstrating the perfect forming process for each shape.)
Special Power Adaptation: To suit local grid conditions in Ecuador, a dedicated 30 kW transformer was supplied. It converts the input power from 220V/3P/60Hz to the required 380V/3P/60Hz and 220V/1P for the equipment, ensuring plug-and-play operation and stable performance in the target country.
Complete Auxiliary Systems: Integrated auxiliary equipment, including a chiller, air compressor, and conveying blower, provides an independent and fully functional production environment.
Adhering to our philosophy that "delivery is not just about equipment, but also about peace of mind," we implemented a rigorous pre-shipment verification and documentation process for this project:
Comprehensive Visual Documentation: Prior to shipment, we strictly followed the requirements outlined in the Production Order. This included high-resolution photos and videos documenting the complete line in operation, detailed views of all workstations, the electrical cabinet, the HMI, finished product samples, and the entire packaging process (stretch wrapping, wooden crate, fumigation mark, shipping marks) up to container loading. This ensures complete transparency and traceability of the delivery condition.
Complete Documentation Package: We provided the client with our dedicated operation manual, electrical diagrams, and equipment nameplates to facilitate subsequent operation, maintenance, and management.
Spare Parts Support: A complete set of wearing parts and any additional spare parts purchased by the client were shipped with the equipment, maximizing operational continuity post-installation.
This softgel production line delivered to Ecuador is well-suited for producing various softgel products in the nutraceutical and pharmaceutical sectors. Its multi-tooling configuration and fully integrated line design make it particularly suitable for international clients engaged in R&D, small-batch multi-product manufacturing, and flexible market supply.
The successful execution of this project highlights our following core competencies:
Extensive Capsule-Specific Expertise: Nearly 20 years of industry focus give us a profound understanding of softgel technology, allowing us to configure equipment that closely matches actual production needs.
Strong Customization and Rapid Delivery Capabilities: We can provide precise and efficient solutions tailored to different national standards (e.g., power, certifications) and specific client requirements (e.g., multiple molds).
End-to-End Project Management and International Service: We demonstrated a professional, one-stop service capability encompassing order processing, manufacturing, inspection, packaging, and export documentation preparation.
The successful export of the GD-130 Softgel Production Line to Ecuador represents another solid step in our internationalization strategy. This was more than a cross-border equipment delivery; it was a tangible demonstration of the reliability, adaptability, and professional service associated with "Intelligent Manufacturing" from China. Migrand Machinery remains committed to leveraging our leading capsule manufacturing technology to provide high-quality, cost-effective, and intelligent production solutions to more clients globally, supporting the development of the worldwide health industry.
