Customized Adaptation for Bottle Types and Materials
Based on the customer’s drawings of 4ml and 20ml plastic ampoule bottles, we designed and manufactured exclusive filling and labeling molds, which accurately adapt to the filling accuracy requirements of water and oil-based materials. For the blister packaging machine, we also provided two sets of molds for round tablets and bone-shaped tablets, covering the packaging needs of the customer’s different dosage forms.
Seamless Docking of In-Line Production
We precisely matched the discharge port height of the GDS-118P5 filling and sealing machine with the feed port height of the PLM-C labeling machine (800-850mm from the ground), realizing fully automated connection of the entire process from ampoule filling, sealing to labeling without manual transfer, which greatly improves production efficiency and reduces labor costs.
Full-Process Adaptation for Export Compliance
All equipment is standardly equipped with the CE mark, adapts to Turkey’s local power supply voltage standards (single-phase 220V 50Hz / three-phase 380V 50Hz), and is provided with full Chinese + English bilingual manuals and exclusive production nameplates, fully meeting the compliance requirements for equipment import in the EU market.
