I am interested in your twin / duplex sachet packing machine and I have a few technical questions:
Can the machine fill one sachet with liquid or gel (for example honey) and the other sachet with powder (for example vitamin powder) at the same time — using two separate filling systems ?
Yes,We can match many different feeding devices according to different requirements, including (liquid, powder, granules, tablets or capsules that can be counted, other products that can be weighed)
Is it possible to set different fill weights, for example 10 g of powder on one side and 30 g of liquid/gel on the other side?
Yes, both powders and liquids can be filled by weight with an accuracy of ± 1%.And can be matched with a weight checker to detect the filled packaging bags and remove the unqualified products.
Can the two sachets have different widths, for example the powder sachet to be narrower than the liquid sachet?
Yes,The width is not the same, the capacity is not the same, it can be done, please see the picture below.
What is the guarantee / warranty period of the machine, and what does it cover (parts, labor, support)?
Warranty: one year with lifetime technical support
Warranty scope: within the warranty period, any failure, repair and replacement of parts caused by quality problems.
Service mode: training, online support, remote service, on-site service, etc.
How strong and durable is the seal of the finished sachet? Can it safely hold viscous materials like honey or gel without leaking?
The seal is very strong and can withstand international standard tightness tests
