This project covers one set of RH‑80 softgel encapsulation machine, ordered on March 11, 2026, for export to Bulgaria and Algeria. It is our first‑time cooperation with this client. The customer was new to softgel production technology and lacked practical operational experience with softgel manufacturing equipment.
Instead of remote acceptance only, the client arranged an on‑site factory visit for pre‑shipment inspection and hands‑on technical training. The whole inspection & training session lasted three working days. Our team assigned dedicated staff with professional translation support throughout the whole period. The customer carried out very thorough acceptance checks, went deep into machine structure, operation parameters, mold swapping and daily maintenance. After intensive study and practical testing, the client gained solid know‑how for future production. Final factory acceptance was successfully completed on August 18, 2026. The customer expressed high satisfaction with both machine performance and our on‑site service.
Model: RH‑80 Softgel Encapsulation Machine
Power supply: 220V 1P 50Hz, CE certification required
Molds supplied: 5# oval (4×16), 24# OBLONG (2×12)
Full scope: main softgel host, 1‑section drying tumbler, 30L gelatin melting tank, colloid mill, drying trays & trolley, chiller, air compressor, material conveyor, 8L heating & mixing tank (316 stainless steel, PLC controlled)
Process capability: filling for liquid & suspension materials; viscosity range 6,000‑10,000 cP, filling temperature 40℃; max rotary speed 5 rpm
Filling accuracy: ±1.5% for pure oil material; ±2% for suspension (subject to particle size and fluidity)
Complete spare‑parts kit & tool set delivered together
Since it was the first collaboration, the end‑user had limited background in softgel encapsulation. They could not fully judge machine performance merely from drawings and specification sheets. They insisted on physical witnessing: running test, mold change test, checking every detail of mechanical workmanship, electrical configuration, labeling and documentation before shipment.
Besides standard functional acceptance, the project required CE‑compliant modifications for EU & North Africa market:
Mechanical finishing improvement: smooth the table surface beside gelatin roller, polish welding traces inside electrical cabinet and capsule hopper
Add English marking for all operation labels (Less / More, Pressure gauge, Water outlet, Mixing, Heating)
HMI touch‑screen adjustment: display machine name plus client company logo; add capsule counting function
Upgrade power plugs to EU standard for host, chiller, gelatin tank and colloid mill
Over three consecutive days, our technical team worked alongside the overseas customer. With real‑time translation support, we walked through every acceptance item on the official inspection checklist.
The customer performed detailed checks covering appearance workmanship, mechanical assembly, full‑load no‑material trial run, material simulation test, mold interchange test, electrical safety test, document verification including manuals, spare‑part list and safety labels.
When non‑conformities were identified during inspection, our production team recorded all points and implemented corrective adjustments promptly on site. All revised items were re‑checked by the customer.
Beyond inspection, the customer devoted much time to hands‑on learning: machine startup & shutdown procedure, parameter setting, mold replacement, gelatin melting workflow, daily maintenance and troubleshooting tips. By the end of three‑day session, the client mastered core operational knowledge for their upcoming softgel production.
Client feedback paraphrased: “We appreciate your transparent factory inspection and patient training. Now we feel much more confident to run softgel production after machine arrival.”
All technical requirements from the production order were fulfilled. On‑site factory acceptance passed on August 18, 2026. All cosmetic, mechanical, electrical and documentation corrective items were finished before shipment. The machine is ready for packaging and ocean delivery to Bulgaria / Algeria.
This RH‑80 softgel machine project demonstrates how pre‑shipment on‑site inspection and hands‑on training bring huge value for first‑time buyers without softgel manufacturing experience. Thorough factory witnessing eliminates information gap, builds trust, and equips end‑users with practical know‑how before equipment arrives at their plant.
We keep providing tailored pre‑sales witness, technical training and full after‑sales support for pharma & nutraceutical clients from Europe, Middle East and North Africa.
