This video is the last operation test of the machine before shipment: the machine circuit is normal, the parameters are set correctly：wipes folding,wipes cutting, medicine liquid adding, wipes slitting, bag forming, bag sealing, bag counting, date printing (optional) , finished product conveyor output(optional) and other station modules are running normally, and the machine is running stably.
The customer requires a steady production rate of 220 sachets/min.After testing, the stable production speed can reach 240 sachets/min.Fully meet customer needs.
The packaging quantity can be divided into single pack, 10sheets/pack, 20sheets/pack, 50sheets/pack and so on.
Maximum speed 600 sheets/min or 400 sachets/min.
It can be customized according to your requirements.
