This is a Nasal Spray vial filling and capping machine export to Poland. 

The complete process includes: Bottle unscrambler - filling - stopper sorting in vibrator - stopper placing - stoppering - cap sorting in vibrator - Cap pressing - Labeling

Production line requirements:

1. Vial filling line:

• Vials #1-4, #5-8, and #9-10 use separate capping and sealing mechanisms.

• Adaptable to different filling volumes (10ml, 20ml, 30ml, 70ml) and 10 different vial sizes for filling, capping, pre-rolling, rolling, re-capping, and sealing.

• Depending on the vial type, different capping and sealing vibration feeders are required:

• Two different mechanisms are needed for sealing and rolling.

2. Labeling machine:

• Applies circular labels with editable printing/coding function.

• Four different label sizes are required for 10ml, 20ml, 30ml, and 70ml vials.

  
  

Note:

• All equipment in the entire production line must support protective covers and an automatic stop function when doors are opened.

• Overly long sections should be designed as detachable and reconfigurable for transportation to the second-floor workshop.

• Assembly and disassembly instructions must be provided.
