1、General Description:

Hi-speed double disc counter is suitable for counting and filling hard gelatin capsules, soft gels, tablets, round pills and other solid materials. Each unit has 2 disc which swing mechanically, and equipped with interface and PLC control system of convenient operation, easy maintenance and steady performance, providing easy access to all settings within the range of parameters. Sensor detection works when missing and blocking bottles, and resumes working when bottles come again interception ad division is controlled by air cylinder with steady performance and convenient regulation. Four filling head available can work in the same time. The swing system uses the advanced structure of eccentric inner hole deviating from central axis. Variable frequency control system allows good swing effect and low noise level. The speed and the swing frequency of the machine can be adjusted. The angle of inclination and the swing frequency can be adjusted to the accurate counting and filling of multiple pills and capsules, eliminating similar problem of rotational dead angels that national market has.
