Introduction

The LFP-150 series capsule polishing machine features dual functions of capsule polishing and lifting. Its inlet can be connected to any type of capsule filling machine, while its outlet can be connected to a capsule sorting device or metal inspection machine. This enables a continuous production process encompassing polishing, lifting, sorting, and inspection. Employing several new technologies and a user-friendly design philosophy.

Features

1. Features dual functions of capsule polishing and lifting, providing ample height space for connecting subsequent equipment;

3. The capsule sorting device can automatically separate capsules with insufficient filling, empty shells, fragments, and capsules with separated caps;

5. All parts in contact with pharmaceuticals are made of 316 stainless steel or materials that meet modern pharmaceutical production requirements;

6. The brushes on the main shaft are detachable, allowing for thorough cleaning, eliminating blind spots in the entire machine, and meeting GMP requirements;

8. Equipped with a pressure regulating valve and pressure gauge that accurately indicates pressure levels, precisely measuring and indicating the internal pressure of the product.
