The syrup bottle packaging line consists of GDC‑50 vertical rotary cartoning machine, carton corner double‑sided labeling machine and SG‑150 checkweigher, specially built for syrup bottles with measuring cups. The cartoner and labeling machine are connected at 745 mm conveyor height to complete automatic carton loading, leaflet insertion and top‑bottom corner labeling. It runs stably at 30‑32 cartons per minute with labeling speed up to 40 cartons per minute, supporting quick changeover for 5 carton sizes.
