The CGN208-D1 semi-automatic capsule filling machine was custom-built to the customer’s specific production requirements, with a full touchscreen control system and automatic rotation functionality, paired with custom-made capsule trays and pressing plates. This ensures both precise dosing accuracy and consistent, high-efficiency continuous operation. The machine’s high level of integration means it runs reliably long-term without the need for additional auxiliary equipment like water chillers, making it a hassle-free addition to their production line.

For the DPP-80 blister packaging machine, we provided three sets of custom moulds, perfectly adapted to the customer’s specification of 15 x 00 capsules per blister, with the plate dimensions precisely matched to their product packaging requirements. The machine features an intuitive, user-friendly operation logic that allows frontline production staff to master it quickly, while delivering packaging speeds that fully align with their production capacity targets. The industrial water chiller included in the order is a dedicated auxiliary unit for this blister machine, providing precise temperature control during the packaging process to ensure consistent blister forming and reliable seal integrity.

Taken together, this full equipment package creates a complete, closed-loop production solution for the customer. They don’t need to source machines or auxiliary equipment from multiple suppliers, saving them significant time and coordination costs with a convenient one-stop procurement experience.
