Three-in-one Production Line for Nasal Sprays, Throat Sprays, And Syrups.

Migrand Machinery is a system integration service provider for packaging production lines. We specialize in providing production line solutions for our clients. This project involves a bottling production line for a Bulgarian customer, including CIP cleaning, heating and mixing tanks for liquid formulations, a small bottle filling and capping machine, a labeling machine, a carton packing machine, a checkweigher, and a date printing and coding system.

This is a complete production line. After all the equipment in the production line is manufactured, we will conduct online testing and acceptance of all the equipment.  In addition to confirming that each piece of equipment meets production requirements, we also ensure the smooth operation of the entire production line. Before placing an order, we will compile the customer's requirements technically and distribute them to the production workshops for each piece of equipment.

From the start of production, every detail is meticulously implemented.  After production is complete, we will conduct the most rigorous acceptance testing of the equipment according to the requirements of the technical specifications.
