In August 2026, a DPP-260 blister packaging machine customized for the Russian market completed production and passed video acceptance, and was shipped to Russia via the Heilongjiang port. I. Customer Requirements: Plum Jam Packaging, the Difficulty Lies in the "Jam"

Single blister filling volume 50ml, with capacity required to reach 3,600-4,800 pieces/hour; the equipment needs to be compatible with various packaging materials such as PVC, aluminum film, and dialysis paper; the operation interface needs to be bilingual in Chinese and English for the convenience of local workers; the delivery time is tight and the customer cannot visit the factory, hoping to complete acceptance by video.

II. Customized Solution: Four Key Designs Centered on "Paste Filling"

In response to the characteristics of plum jam and the customer's requirements, this DPP-260 adopted four key designs:

Four-head piston pump filling: four-head synchronous filling ensures stable and consistent 50 ml50ml filling volume, suitable for highly viscous paste; dual-mold rapid switching: equipped with two sets of molds, 2×22*2 and 1*3 ,allowing the same machine to produce blister products in different layouts; addition of a 2-meter manual operation table: the rear of the filling station is extended to facilitate manual inspection, replenishment, and arrangement; Chinese-English bilingual control system: using Delta PLC and WEINVIEW touch screen, with the interface preset in Chinese and English, lowering the on-site operation threshold.

The whole machine adopts servo traction and top photoelectric tracking, automatically completing the full process of forming, filling, sealing, and punching; parts in contact with materials comply with GMP standards, and the power supply standard is 380V/50Hz/three-phase, adapting to the local Russian power grid environment.

III. Production and Quality: 35 Days, from Work Order to Finished Product

The order was issued on August 30, 2026 , and was scheduled into the production plan that same day. During production, each item was implemented according to the customer's requirements: the touch screen interface and manual were edited and customized according to the order content, and the product nameplate, accompanying documents, circuit diagrams, and spare parts list were provided together with the main machine.

Before leaving the factory, the equipment underwent five major categories of inspection: appearance, configuration, documents, performance, and safety, with each item checked against the order requirements to ensure normal operation in both no-material trial runs and material-added trial runs before release.

IV. Video Acceptance: Customer Not at the Factory, Acceptance Standards Not Lowered

Because the customer could not visit the factory, video acceptance was adopted this time. The acceptance personnel demonstrated item by item according to the order requirements: dual-mold switching, four-head piston pump filling, packaging material adaptability, Chinese-English bilingual touch screen interface, and the overall operating status of the machine, and completed material-added actual tests of filling volume, precision, and capacity. Acceptance conclusion: qualified.

V. Export Delivery and Follow-up Support: From the Heilongjiang Port to the Russian Customer

The equipment was exported and shipped via the Sino-Russian border port in Heilongjiang, and delivered to the Russian market.
