Pop Solid-liquid Separate-lid Filling And Sealing Machine

Equipment Function:

This is a fully automatic filling and sealing machine for separate-lid containers, developed by our company. The machine frame is constructed from welded specialized steel and undergoes special treatment to ensure an aesthetically pleasing, sleek, and clean appearance. All upper-section components that come into contact with food products are made of food-grade stainless steel, strictly complying with food hygiene standards. The processes of cup dispensing, powder/liquid filling, sealing, assembly (customizable), and finished product discharge are completed in a single, continuous operation.

The machine’s operational design has been meticulously optimized; it requires no complex calibration before startup. It features a user-friendly interface combining electrical and mechanical controls, offers a high degree of automation, and is built for durability.

1. Scope of Application:

1) Powders: Coffee powder, matcha powder, etc.;

2) Liquids: Liquid coffee, honey, etc.

Automatic lid dispensing – Lid detection – Filling station 1 – Filling station 2 – Film sealing – Assembly (optional) – Discharge-Touchscreen interface and electrical control system.
