Product Features
Compatible with SCF (pre-filled syringe) products from major manufacturers such as BD, BG, and SCHOTT; customization is available for other syringe types.
Exterior surfaces are constructed from SUS304 stainless steel, while product-contact parts utilize SUS316L stainless steel and PTFE, fully complying with GMP standards.
Ceramic piston pumps ensure precise volumetric filling; they are resistant to acid/alkali corrosion, wear, and high temperatures, delivering high filling accuracy.The use of a pressurized vessel makes it suitable for filling various viscous gels.
Stopper feeding and sorting are handled by a vibratory bowl feeder featuring a polished SUS316L stainless steel bowl designed with no cleaning dead zones.
Utilizes internationally renowned electrical components and interference-free modular control; all synchronized movements are driven by servo motors, ensuring accurate, reliable, and user-friendly automatic filling and stoppering.
Motor operation is managed by a PLC; the HMI monitors and displays the status of each workstation in real-time, providing automatic alarms and fault location/description alerts.
Offers a variety of filling dosages and methods.
Employs a "rising needle" filling technique (where the needle rises with the liquid level) to prevent splashing.
Vacuum filling system: Suitable for viscous materials; ensures the filling space is completely filled with the liquid without air bubbles or gaps, thereby increasing the product pass rate.
Vacuum stoppering system: Prevents the generation of particles caused by the vibration or friction of rubber stoppers and ensures tight contact between the stopper and the liquid surface.
Modular design: Easy to position and expand; can operate as a standalone unit or be integrated into a production line with equipment such as de-nesting machines, rod-screwing machines, labeling machines, and visual inspection machines.
Optional Class 100 laminar flow hood: Enables high-standard clean production.
