I. Process Flow:
Manual bottle loading into the hopper → Automatic bottle feeding → Automatic filling → Automatic vacuuming and stopper insertion → Bottle lifting and ejection → Finished product output
II. Application Scope:
This machine is widely used in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical, and cosmetics industries for the processing of liquid-filled cartridge bottles. It integrates various processes including hopper-based bottle feeding, automatic filling, automatic stopper insertion, and automatic bottle ejection. The system utilizes a hopper-style bottle feeding mechanism and a servo-driven rotary indexing table to ensure precise filling. When a bottle reaches the stopper insertion station, the system automatically verifies its correct positioning; the stopper is then guided via a vibrating feeder track into the designated station, followed by vacuuming and the insertion of the inner stopper. Finally, a lifting cylinder ejects the bottle from the mold, thereby completing the processing of a single product. The machine is adaptable to bottles of varying heights and specifications. Its design features a compact structure, comprehensive functionality, convenient adjustment, stable operation, and excellent cost-effectiveness.
